During the 28 – 31 August 2025The Hague became the world capital of floral art, hosting the prestigious World Cup Floral Art 2025, organised by Florint and Royal Association of Dutch Florists (VBW). The event brought together 24 Floral designers around the worldEach representing his country with passion, creativity and technical mastery.

; Grand prize The Polack has returned. Tomasz “Max” Kuczyńskiwhich impressed the international jury through originality, impeccable technique and special artistic expression. This achievement is dedicated not only to his personal talent, but also to a moment of pride for Poland on the stage of world florist.

Romania on the world stage: Claudia Tarărăche, competitor for Romania

This year, Romania was represented by Claudia Peasant, a passionate floral creator from Anthurium Flowers Constantaknown for the balance between creativity, innovation and sustainability. Claudia, who runs a family business with her husband in the field of florist, first participated in this high level of competition, demonstrating that Romanian florist has a say on the international stage.

Strict rules and professional judgment

The World Cup Floral Art 2025 had a Technical Commission and International jury, both made up of globally certified and recognised experts.

  • Technical Commission supervised compliance, communication with competitors and enforcement of penalties where necessary.
  • Jury, driven by Thomas Ratschker (Germany), assessed the works on the basis of a rigorous system of 100 points, using clear criteria and judgment “blind judging” for objectivity.

World Cup Floral Art 2025 was more than a competition – it was a celebration of passion, creativity and cultural diversity in floral art. Tomasz’s victory “Max” Kuczyński confirms the excellence and high level of Polish florist, and the presence of Claudia Părărăche marks an important stage for Romania, demonstrating the potential and refinement of our flower designers.
